Thank you for shopping with ErosWell! We are committed to providing a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to customers within the United States (including APOs and all 50 states) and Canada. At this time, we do not ship to addresses outside these two countries.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1–2 business days of receipt:
Orders placed before 12pm PST are generally processed and picked up the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm PST, including expedited orders, are typically processed for pickup the next business day.
Our fulfillment center in Los Angeles (ARC of South Bay) operates Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm PST. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
3. Shipping Method & Cost
We offer the following shipping options:
Free Standard Shipping to the US and Canada for orders $50+.
Orders below $40: $5 via USPS.
Orders $40–$50: $7.50 via USPS.
UPS 2-Day Service is available for faster delivery. Orders received after the noon cutoff are likely to be picked up by UPS the next business day.
Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days once picked up by the carrier.
4. Shipping Insurance
Package protection is available at checkout.
If selected, we will immediately replace any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If not selected, we will assist you in obtaining a replacement, but there may be a waiting period while we coordinate with the carrier.
In all cases, you may be asked to help provide information to support any claims.
5. Shipping Delays
We strive to deliver your order on time; however, external factors such as high demand, weather, or courier delays may occasionally cause delays.
6. Shipping Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to track your order or visit our Track Order page with your tracking number or email + order number. If you do not see the shipping confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder.
7. Estimated Delivery Times
Once picked up from LA, packages typically arrive within 3–6 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
You will receive email updates regarding your order status.
8. Payment Methods
We accept multiple payment options, including:
Amazon Pay, American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay, and Visa.
All payments are securely processed. Orders are shipped once payment is confirmed.
9. Shipping Address Accuracy
To ensure timely delivery, please verify your shipping address before completing your order.
ErosWell is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately via email or text with the correct address, and we will try to update it before the order is shipped.
