ErosWell Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns
Except as noted below, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus the cost of return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
be unused and unopened
be in its original packaging
be in the same condition as received
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged:
opened condom products
used personal care products
items not in their original packaging
products showing signs of use
Condom products are considered final sale once opened.
3. WaterSlyde Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your WaterSlyde purchase, please contact us within 90 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund:
the WaterSlyde must be undamaged
it must be returned in its original packaging
all included accessories must be present
Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund minus the actual cost of return shipping.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process described in this policy.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:

to request a return authorization and shipping label.
Securely package the product with all original packaging and accessories.
Ship the product using the return label provided.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees, including packaging protection and return shipping costs, are non-refundable, except in cases where:
the product is defective
the product arrived damaged
an incorrect item was shipped
If an exchange is requested due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
your order number
a description of the issue
photos of the damaged or defective item
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
8. Exchanges
To request an exchange for a defective or damaged item:

Include your order number and photos if possible
Our support team will guide you through the exchange process.
9. Refund Processing
Once a returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider.
10. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
ErosWell is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate address information provided by the customer.
11. Policy Changes
ErosWell reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this website.
