Abstinence
The decision to refrain from sexual activity. Some individuals choose abstinence as a form of contraception or to prevent sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
Anal Play
Stimulation of the anus for pleasure or intimacy. This may include touch, massage, or the use of body-safe toys. Proper lubrication and communication between partners are important for comfort and safety.
Arousal
A physiological and psychological state of sexual excitement that can include increased blood flow to the genitals, heightened sensitivity, and natural lubrication.
Arousal Balm
A topical product designed to increase sensitivity and enhance intimate sensations when applied to erogenous zones.
Body-Safe Products
Products such as lubricants, condoms, or intimate accessories made from non-toxic, skin-safe materials that are designed to reduce irritation and support safe intimate use.
Condom

Consent
A clear and voluntary agreement between participants to engage in sexual activity. Consent should always be freely given, informed, and reversible.
Clitoris
A highly sensitive organ located at the top of the vulva that plays a central role in sexual pleasure for individuals with vulvas.
Foreplay
Intimate activities that occur before penetrative sex and help increase arousal, connection, and comfort between partners.
Intimacy
A close emotional or physical connection between people, often expressed through affection, trust, communication, and shared experiences.
Libido
A person’s level of sexual desire or interest in sexual activity, which can vary depending on physical health, emotional well-being, hormones, and life circumstances.
Personal Lubricant
A substance used to reduce friction and increase comfort during intimate activity.
Safe Sex
Practices that help reduce the risk of sexually transmitted infections and unintended pregnancy, such as condom use, testing, and open communication between partners.
Sexual Wellness
A holistic state of physical, emotional, and social well-being related to sexuality, relationships, and personal intimacy.
Vulva
The external genital anatomy of individuals with vulvas, including the labia, clitoris, and vaginal opening.
